Set in the summer of 2008, somewhere in Illinois, a handful of partially jobless bums are enjoying the sweet life of doing nothing important.

There are janky radios blasting whatever's on the listeners favorite station, cicadas and crickets making way too much noise, and a kiddy pool full of ice and water for us to rest our feet in.
